How do you update users and permissions?

Add users to your account, change permissions, and oversee access to your company.

Navigating to Users and Permissions

Users and Permissions

Step 1: Click the Dropdown Arrow next to your Company and Username.

Step 2: Select 'Users & Permissions' from the dropdown menu.

  • Account & Profile
  • Company Settings
  • Users and Permissions
  • Notification Preferences
  • Subscription and Billing
  • Switch Company (available to users on multiple companies)
  • Logout

Users and Permissions

On the Users & Permissions page, you will see any current users with access to your account.

Inviting Users

Step 1: Invite users by inputting their email address in the 'Invite Users' portion of the page.

Step 2: Click 'Invite' to notify them and allow them to create their account.

If invited users already have a ConGenius account, they will be able to switch to your company automatically.

If a user accepts an invite to ConGenius, it will impact your subscription cost unless you are a part of the Pro+ plan. The Pro+ allows for one extra user at no additional cost.

Updating User Permissions

Step 1: Click the Dropdown Arrow on Update Access

Step 2: Select the level of access for each user

- Admin

- Standard

- Remove
