Start an estimate or takeoff by creating a project.

Step 1: Click 'New Project' or 'Create Project'

Steps 2-5:

- Associated contacts

- Budget numbers

- Project type

- Where it belongs in your pipeline

- Project location


Editing Projects

Once you have a project created, you can edit this information:

1. Project Details: details include budget, location, stage, type of project, and won/loss status

2. Contacts: add associated contacts such as subs, spouse, interior designer, architect, and more

3. Location: Google Maps view of your location

4. Recent Activity and Notes: leave notes for yourself or the rest of your team, and see when proposals or estimates have been sent, viewed, and signed by your customer
