A Takeoff Template is a preloaded or custom list of measurement tools required to complete a takeoff.

How do I use takeoff templates?
Step 1. Click '+Templates' at the top of your Takeoff List
Step 2. View and select preloaded templates or build your own
Step 3. Select a takeoff template to automatically add it to your project
How do I create my own templates?
Step 1. Add all takeoff tools to the Takeoff List.
Templates cannot be created until takeoff tools have been added to your list.
Step 2. Click the 'Templates' button
Step 3. Name your template
Step 4. Click 'Save' to save your template and use on future projects
