Does ConGenius have a QuickBooks integration?

Not yet — but it’s coming!

While we’re working on a direct QuickBooks integration, many of our customers export estimates from ConGenius and import them into QuickBooks. This helps eliminate double data entry and keeps your accounting streamlined.

Can I create work orders in ConGenius?

While there’s no built-in work order feature at the moment, most customers simply export their estimate details and send them via email to their crews or subs. It’s a simple way to keep everyone aligned using the info you’ve already created.

Need a Bill of Materials?

You can easily generate one by exporting your estimate details. Just choose the “Materials” option during export to get everything you need for your Bill of Materials.

Looking to track budgets vs. actuals or do job costing?

Once your estimate is approved and the job is a go, export your estimate from ConGenius. This gives you a clean baseline to track actual costs against and manage your job costing externally.
