      How to split plans and edit PDF's

      Easily split large PDF's and modify pages in ConGenius

      Organize and Edit Pages

      You can extract PDF pages, reorder, replace or delete pages from files uploaded. See how below.

      When you upload large files or plans in ConGenius, you may experience a slower experience. We recommend extracting or deleting irrelevant pages from your plan, which will:

      1. Give you the ability to set a page specific scale
      2. Keep your takeoff experience fast and efficient

      Step 1: Upload and open your file

      Step 2: Click the edit pages icon (see image below)

      Edit pages

      Step 3: Select pages from your file and "Delete" or "Extract"

      Press "command + A" or "Ctrl + A" to select all pages

      Step 4: Edit or modify your file 7 different ways using the navigation at the top of the file editor screen,

      1. Add a "New Page"
      2. "Delete Pages"
      3. "Duplicate" pages
      4. "Rotate Left or Right"
      5. "Move" pages to reorder
      6. "Import Documents"
      7. "Extract Pages"

      Step 5: Click "Save" or "Save As"
